Tone your body? Would you like me to help? Hello my name’s Hannah and welcome to my piece of real estate on the web. Let me tell you a little bit about myself so that I’m not just another faceless name on a web page.
I was born and raised in the UK and after school went to university/college. I now work in the accounts department of a large shipping company looking after yearly budgets. During weekends, I also work part-time in a bar for additional cash and to meet more people.
I’m single and cool with that, have a great circle of friends and I’m sure one day the right person will turn up.
I love keeping fit to help me in the sports that I play and I just love skiing. I’m a real gym bunny and my fave piece of equipment is the kettlebell. So I thought I’d start blogging and sharing my experiences.

I love helping people: nothing’s more rewarding than a nice smile and a thank you when you help someone.
Without bringing religion and politics in to this (there’s tons of that elsewhere) the world can be very nasty sometimes. So my goal is always to shower someone with a random act of kindness.
As I said above I love keeping fit and hopefully my enthusiasm will encourage you to work those kettlebells. Work them harder if used before or even pick one up for the first time.

Kettlebells are great bits of fitness equipment because your body keeps working long after you’ve taken a shower and left the gym!
Maybe you’ve used them before and need to fine tune technique. Maybe they’ve never appealed or even didn’t know where to start.
So my goal is to share with you the fun that you can have with a simple piece of equipment.
Let me show you how to tone your body from head to toe and lose weight along the way if desired.
